Using the portal

Supported Home provides a public listings portal for supported accommodation. You can browse rooms, review listing information, send property enquiries, and request viewings.

We provide the portal and help route enquiries to the relevant listing contact. Unless clearly stated, we are not the landlord, housing provider, managing agent, or estate agent for a property.


Use the portal fairly and provide accurate information.

Your responsibilities

When using the portal, you agree to:

  • provide accurate contact and enquiry information
  • use the portal for genuine supported accommodation enquiries
  • treat listing contacts, support staff, and other users respectfully
  • keep any account details up to date
  • use information from listings for personal or professional enquiry purposes only

Listings should be checked before decisions are made.

Property information

Listing details are provided by housing providers, landlords, agents, property representatives, or other listing contacts. We aim to present information clearly, but details can change.

You should check important information directly with the relevant listing contact before making decisions about a property, viewing, referral, tenancy, or support arrangement.


Service messages help manage requests and account activity.

Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry, request a viewing, or create an account, we may send service messages linked to that activity.
